Had a great experience from the customer service in the showroom to the delivery. I was especially impressed with the communication with the delivery. Andrew and Nate were friendly and professional and kept us very informed about timing. With a big snowstorm coming, they actually arranged to get our couch delivered a few days early so that the storm would not delay it. I will definitely shop there again when we need furniture.

Fast delivery
Received my new reclining sofa today. I had to order it and it came in right when it was supposed to. The delivery men called ahead to let know they were on their way right at the beginning of my delivery window. They took great care taking it out of the shipping materials and bringing it inside. I have ordered numerous items from them and this is my experience every time.

Do you haul away my old Furniture?
No, we do not haul away but we can suggest some options removal of old furniture.
Do you Deliver?
Yes, we deliver in town and to the surrounding counties for a fee.
If I purchase something, can I take it home with me today?
Yes, many items can be purchased out of warehouse or from our showroom floor and picked up the same day.
How long does it take my furniture to come in if I order it?
We carry several different manufactures, wait times can vary depending on the manufacturer and item availability. Some items ship in as little as 2 weeks and others may take 8 weeks or longer.
Do I have to assemble the furniture, or does it come put together?
Most Dining room and Bedroom furniture require some assembly. Upholstery items may need the backs or legs attached. Assembly and set up is included in our delivery service.
Does my new furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, most furniture comes with a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty. After the 1 year many parts are still covered for a limited time, but labor is not covered after a year.
Can I purchase an Extended Warranty?
Yes, a 5 Year warranty can be purchased at the time of sale or prior to Delivery/Pick Up.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Yes, however, cancelled orders are charged a 35% cancellation fee, and the remainder of the purchase will be held as a store credit for the customer.
